AKTEL distributed prizes to the
winners of AKTEL- SOFTEXPO2004 SMS Quiz Contest at a simple
ceremony on January 19,2005(Wednesday) at the AKTEL Marketing
Office in Silver Tower, Gulshan.
Mr. Vijay Watson, Chief Operating Officer of AKTEL chaired the
program and handed over the prizes to the winners. Mr. Mohammad
Ghalib won the First Prize, an Air Ticket for Dhaka- Kuala
Lampur- Dhaka. Ten other winners won AKTEL connections with
handset.
Speaking on the occasion, Management of AKTEL expressed
gratitude to the winners for participating in the Quiz Contest
and exchanged views regarding the product and services of AKTEL.
They said AKTEL would come up with many products, services and
promotional activities in the near future with the ultimate
objective to serve customer better.
Ms. Sania Mahmood, Assistant General Manager of Marketing, Mr.
Kh. Farrukh Sayeed, Deputy Manager of Business Control and
Procurement, Mr. Md. Nurul Alam, Senior Assistant Manager of
Marketing were also present during the ceremony.
It may be mentioned that 100 consolation prizes for the Quiz
Competition were also distributed earlier.
